We are looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, building production-grade ML systems end to end: from data pipelines and model training to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and applied ML, translating business needs into reliable, maintainable services that deliver measurable impact for our clients.
Our goal is a significant impact on our clients’ business performance, that’s why we:
Work independently from day one, keeping a “can-do” mindset
Build and operate scalable data + ML pipelines on large datasets
Turn prototypes into production software (clean code, testing, CI/CD, code reviews)
Ship ML as services/APIs and integrate with existing systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Speak our clients’ “codes”
Collaborate within cohesive, cross-functional teams combining software and frontend engineering, ML research, data engineering, and product expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mathematical Engineering preferred; degrees in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience are also welcome.
Preferred: candidates with 2+ years of professional software or ML engineering experience
Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, APIs, debugging, testing & QA, version control, and writing maintainable code
Production Python proficiency; experience with SQL for data transformation; experience with R is a plus
Analytical thinking and problem-solving; pragmatic mindset (trade-offs, reliability, performance)
Experience with one or more of: model deployment, MLOps/CI-CD, Docker, cloud platforms, orchestration (e.g., Prefect), monitoring/logging, data-pipeline testing and validation
Fluency in English
This position requires the candidate to already hold a valid work permit for Italy via EU citizenship and/or a pre-existing valid visa
Open mind, adaptability, and a can-do mindset — you’ll stretch beyond previous experience and education

Informal team in rapid evolution
Flexible smart-working hours
Accelerated career with tangible real-world impact
