Senior Manager, Customer & Partner Marketing
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Customer & Partner Marketing to own the programs that grow revenue from our existing customers and through our partners and channel.
You'll drive cross- and up-sell campaigns into our installed base, lead our regional customer events (Decisive), and build partner co-marketing that creates and progresses pipeline. This is a highly cross-functional role at the centre of Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Customer Success, Sales and our partner ecosystem — ideal for someone who loves bringing people and moving parts together to deliver programs that land.
What you'll do
Customer marketing & growth
- Design and run cross-sell / up-sell campaigns to expand within the installed base — new modules, use cases and verticals on the Decion platform.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales on expansion plays, and work with our content team to bring the right customer proof points and stories into your campaigns.
- Build customer lifecycle and nurture programs that drive retention and expansion pipeline.
- Drive recruitment and attendance for product release webinars (run by Product Marketing), driving strong customer attendance and engagement.
- Establish Sales/Marketing cadences to identify, track and progress customer influenced and sourced pipeline.
Customer programs & events — Decisive
- Coordinate and deliver our regional Decisive customer events end-to-end: experience, logistics, sponsorship, budget, and the recruitment and attendance campaign for each.
- Work with our content and product marketing teams — who shape the agenda — to bring each event together on time and to a consistent standard.
- Hold a consistent Decisive brand and experience across both regions while each event is tailored to its regional audience.
- Coordinate across Content, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and regional field teams to deliver a coherent experience — including internal announcements and comms that rally field teams and leadership behind each event and drive them to bring their customers.
- Measure event ROI — attendance, satisfaction, influenced pipeline, and retention and advocacy impact.
Partner & channel co-marketing
- Build and execute co-marketing with partners: joint campaigns, webinars, events and co-branded content.
- Package campaigns and assets so partners can run them in-market, and support them to do so.
- Establish partner marketing cadences to source, track and progress partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Manage co-marketing / MDF funds where applicable, and report on return.
- Make sure partners are fully enabled through Product Marketing's enablement sessions — bringing the right partners in, ensuring they have the materials and support they need to sell and market Decion, surfacing any gaps back to Product Marketing, and tracking partner readiness and impact.
Cross-functional partnership
Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Customer Success, Sales, Partner/Alliances and RevOps to align messaging, timing and measurement across every customer and partner touchpoint. Brief and work with the Content and Product Marketing teams to ensure they produce the content and materials your programs require.
How success is measured
- Expansion pipeline and revenue generated from customer campaigns.
- Decisive attendance, satisfaction, sourced and influenced pipeline across both regional events.
- Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and its progression.
- Partner enablement — participation, readiness and impact.
- Overall marketing contribution to customer retention and net revenue retention.
What you'll bring
- 5–7 years in B2B marketing with a proven track record running both customer marketing campaigns and events.
- Proven partner / channel co-marketing experience, ideally including MDF/co-op programs.
- Demonstrated experience with events from concept to execution and measurement, ideally running multiple or regional editions to a consistent standard.
- Strong cross-functional program management — you're at your best coordinating many teams and moving parts toward a shared outcome.
- Data-driven, with pipeline and attribution literacy (HubSpot / Salesforce).
- Enterprise SaaS experience; supply chain, manufacturing or a comparable technical vertical a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for the regional Decisive events and partner engagements.
